About Comprehensive Health Center
Comprehensive Health Center has been taking care of Florida families since 1985. In the decades since, we've been here for our community, helping people stay healthy, recover from injuries, and get the care they need close to home.
Our story starts with Dr. Rudolph Moise , who came to the United States from Haiti as a teenager. He believed America was the land of opportunity, and he was determined to make the most of it. He worked hard, put himself through school, and earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Wanting to build something bigger than himself, he also earned a law degree and an MBA from the University of Miami.
Dr. Moise created Comprehensive Health Center with a clear vision: healthcare shouldn't be complicated. You shouldn't have to drive to five different offices just to get the care you need. You shouldn't feel lost because you don't speak English perfectly. And you definitely shouldn't feel like just another number.
Before focusing full-time on Comprehensive Health Center, Dr. Moise served our country as a Flight Surgeon and Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve for 21 years. When he retired in 2013, he was the highest-ranking Haitian American officer in the Air Force Reserve. That dedication to service is what drives everything we do here.
Today, Comprehensive Health Center has grown into a healthcare network that employs over 300 people. We have primary care offices in Miami [Miami PCP location page] and Orlando [Orlando PCP location page] where families come for regular checkups, managing health conditions, and everyday medical needs.
We also specialize in helping people recover from injuries, chronic pain, and more. Our team includes Dr. Alysse Richardson , who brings years of chiropractic experience treating personal injury patients. We have massage therapists, a pain management specialist, and other providers who work together as a team. We can do X-rays and MRIs right here in our facility, which means less running around for you. And we speak English, Spanish, and Creole, so you can talk to us in the language you're most comfortable with.
Dr. Moise has been recognized throughout South Florida for his work. He's been a finalist for "Best Physician of the Year" and has received awards for community service and leadership. But what he's most proud of is building a practice that truly serves people—especially those who might not always have easy access to quality healthcare.
